BUSINESS OVERVIEW
KYUBEI JAPAN was established in Singapore, the hub of Southeast Asia, in 2014 as a subsidiary company of KISHIYASU SANGYO CO., LTD. a comprehensive kitchenware trading company, to supply high-quality "cookware" and "kitchenware" from Japan to Asia and the surrounding regions.
KYUBEI JAPAN offers a wide range of essential tools for cooking, including "kitchenware" that supports the image of chefs, colorful "tableware" that enhances the presentation of dishes, and finely crafted "Japanese knives" with excellent sharpness. We are smartly deliver high-quality items focused on "safety" and "ease of use" to users in various countries. Our goal is to help create "food scenes filled with smiles."
ORIGIN OF THE COMPANY NAME
KYUBEI originated in the late 1700s when the first generation KYUBEI KISHI started a blacksmith shop in Nagoya, Japan. The shop continued to operate for six generations, but the business was interrupted during World War II. In August 1945, YASUJI KISHI (7th generation) resumed the business as a foundry wholesaler and developed it into the kitchenware wholesaler for the food service industry. To this day, the company's headquarters of KISHIYASU SANGYO CO., LTD. is located in the old foundry district in Nagoya, and it continues to provide kitchen products for the national and global markets.
